1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and the colitoto platform operator ("colitoto", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your access to and use of the website located at https://colitoto.cam and all associated services, content, games and features offered therein.

colitoto is operated for the benefit of adult users in Malaysia and other eligible jurisdictions. 2. Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

• Account: the registered player account created on colitoto following successful completion of the registration process.
• Balance: the total MYR or equivalent funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising real-money deposits and any eligible bonus funds.
• Bonus: a promotional incentive offered by colitoto subject to specific eligibility criteria, wagering requirements and expiry dates.
• KYC: Know Your Customer — the identity verification process requiring documentary evidence of a Player's identity and, where applicable, source of funds.
• MYR: Malaysian Ringgit — the primary transactional currency supported by colitoto for Malaysian Players.
• Platform: the colitoto website, mobile interface, software, games, betting markets and associated services collectively.
• Prohibited Conduct: any behaviour listed in Clause 9 that is forbidden under these Terms.
• RTP: Return to Player — the theoretical long-term percentage of stakes returned to players across a specific game or category.
• Wagering Requirement: the number of times a bonus or qualifying deposit amount must be staked before bonus-related funds become eligible for withdrawal.

3. Account Eligibility

3.1 Age requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account, deposit funds or participate in any form of wagering on colitoto. This requirement reflects the internationally recognised minimum age for casino-style gambling activities. colitoto reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where eligibility cannot be verified.

3.3 One account per person

Each Player may hold only one active Account. Operating multiple accounts, sharing accounts, or registering on behalf of another person is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed with immediate forfeiture of balances.

4. Account Registration

To register a colitoto Account you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact telephone number and a valid email address. You must not impersonate any other person or use any name other than your own.

colitoto may at any time request documentary evidence — including government-issued identification, utility bills or bank statements — to confirm the accuracy of any information provided. Failure to supply satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or closure of your Account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your username, password and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your Account. You must not disclose your login details to any third party. You agree to notify colitoto immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

5. Terms of Use

5.1 Permitted use

The colitoto Platform is licensed to you on a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable basis for the sole purpose of personal, recreational wagering activities. No commercial exploitation of the Platform's content, data, odds or software is permitted without express written consent from colitoto.

5.2 Technical access

You may access the Platform using a supported web browser or any officially designated application. You must not use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, crawlers or any other non-human interaction method to access the Platform or to extract data.

5.3 Accuracy of information

While colitoto endeavours to ensure that game odds, promotional details and account information are accurate at the time of display, technical errors may occasionally occur. colitoto reserves the right to void bets placed on the basis of clearly erroneous odds and to correct account balances affected by system errors, notifying the affected Player as soon as reasonably practicable.

6. Payments and Transactions

colitoto supports MYR deposits and withdrawals through a range of Malaysian payment methods, which may include DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and direct bank transfers through Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong and RHB, subject to current availability at the time of the transaction.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted. The minimum deposit amount is generally RM50 unless otherwise stated for a specific method or promotion. colitoto reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum transaction limits without prior notice.

Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon successful clearance by the relevant payment provider. Processing times may vary by method. colitoto does not accept responsibility for delays caused by external payment networks or banking systems.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

Promotional offers made available on colitoto are subject to individually stated terms that supplement these General Terms. In all cases the following standard conditions apply unless a promotion's specific terms expressly override them.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who meet the stated registration, deposit or activity criteria at the time the offer is claimed.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier, eligible game categories and maximum qualifying bet per round are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses expire at the end of the stated validity period. Any unplayed or un-wagered bonus balance will be forfeited upon expiry.

8. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted when your Account is in good standing, KYC verification has been completed, all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied, and the requested amount does not exceed the stated withdrawal limit for your chosen method.

colitoto will endeavour to process eligible withdrawal requests promptly. Indicative processing targets for Malaysian payment methods are as follows: e-wallet channels (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) — typically within 5–30 minutes after approval; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers — typically within 5–60 minutes; direct bank wire transfers — typically within 15–60 minutes. These figures are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by payment provider availability or security review requirements.

Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. If an alternative method is required, additional identity verification may be requested. colitoto reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal request pending further documentation checks without this constituting a breach of its obligations.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

1. Registering or operating more than one Account.
2. Providing false, misleading or unverifiable registration information.
3. Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal, recreational wagering.
4. Engaging in, facilitating or participating in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage or professionally organised betting syndicate activity.
5. Using automated tools, bots, algorithms or other software to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
6. Attempting to exploit technical errors, game malfunctions or miscalculated odds to generate artificial profit.
7. Using payment methods or accounts that do not belong to you.
8. Engaging in any conduct that constitutes money laundering, fraud or any other criminal activity.
9. Sharing Account credentials or permitting any other person to access your Account.
10. Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

10. Responsible Gambling

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, colitoto, its directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, system failure, payment delays or errors attributable to third-party payment providers.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. colitoto does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or harmful components, and does not make any representation as to outcomes, returns or winnings from any wager or game.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude colitoto's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Amendments to These Terms

colitoto reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the Platform. Where an amendment materially affects your rights or obligations, colitoto will provide reasonable advance notice via email or an in-Platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

Players are advised to review these Terms periodically. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you should cease using the Platform and contact the support team to request Account closure.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which colitoto is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, including disputes regarding Account balances, bonus conditions or withdrawal requests, shall first be submitted to colitoto's internal dispute resolution process.

Where an internal resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to the applicable regulatory body or independent dispute resolution service designated by the operator's licensing authority. colitoto's decision on matters relating to game outcomes and system records shall be final in the absence of demonstrable technical error.
